Dash 10K and Kids Fun Run

Capital Sprints is promoting its Dash 10K and Kids Fun Run at the scenic and historic Georgetown Tow Path on Sunday, July 31, 2011.  The race begins at 8 am with sign-in beginning at 7 am.  Further details will be communicated the week before the race.  The Kids Fun Run is geared for children under 10 years of age and especially for children between 2 and 5.  The race will benefit Back on My Feet and the Friendship Children's Center.
