Georgetown Ministry Center Walking Group

Join Georgetown Ministry Center's Walking Group for a stroll through Georgetown on Saturday, July 14 at 11am. 

We will do our best to stay in the shade if it's a hot and sunny day. If it's super hot out, we can always walk to a coffeeshop or frozen yogurt store to cool down. We will meet at 11am in front of Grace Church's gates, located at 1041 Wisconsin Ave NW. Adults, children, and dogs are all welcome.

Georgetown Ministry Center provides services to the homeless in and around Georgetown. This Walking Group is open to all-- staff and guests of GMC, Georgetown residents, and tourists. This is a wonderful way to get some low impact exercise and to learn more about the plight of homelessness in the area.
