Rockin' the Green Concert Tonight
The second of three Citizens Association of Georgetown concerts is tonight in Volta Park.
The 11th annual Georgetown Concerts in the Park continues the 2013 season with a Rockin’ the Green concert featuring Georgetown's own Rebecca McCabe and Honky Tonk Confidential at Volta Park tonight. The show starts at 5 p.m.
"Concert goers can participate in a park clean-up and planting project, book swap, face painting and more! And while the music feeds our souls, there will be Sprinkles cupcakes, Hagen-Dazs ice cream and food trucks on hand to feed our appetites," according to the event notice.
