I would rate this company zero stars if I could.

Parents beware - you will be receiving a substandard service if you sign up with Top Test Prep. Tutors and admissions consultants are not trained - they do a short quiz upon hiring that is mostly logistical information. Often times, the tutor bios are a lie - the staff will say they have experience even if it their first time tutoring.

The office staff is also not trained, and is chastised when unable to pick up sales tactics immediately. Parents are charged different amounts based on their income/house value, which is dishonest and an immoral way to conduct business.
