National Association of Police & Lay Charities
The National Association of Police & Lay Charities is a nationwide charitable organization based in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1997, the charity has worked to support many different types of issues over the years including child literacy training, recidivism rate reduction in U.S. prisons and support for children with disabilities.
