<p>Top Test Prep was founded in 2001 by Ross Blankenship. Discouraged by the larger test prep companies, he wanted to create a smaller, more hands on approach to preparing students for college and grad school.</p> <p>Top Test Prep is in many different cities throughout the States with this Georgetown location as its home base. Top Test Prep offers private, in-home tutoring for 10 tests, such as the SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT and MCAT. Tutoring is also offered for grades K-12.</p>
