Ok, so you're looking for a sandwich. Not a Subway sub, but something more interesting. And for some reason, you're wandering around near GU. What should you get? I would suggest the Peggy's Special from Wiseys. This sandwich sustained me back when I was in college and is exactly the same now. You could also get the Blackie's Favorite or, if you're feeling crazy, the Burger (or Chicken) Madness. All of these sandwiches are awesome, and everything else on the menu is pretty good as well.
The main problem is the need to navigate all of the students who plague this place (which didn't seem to bother me so much back in the day). But the sandwiches are awesome. So I would head over there sometime when the students aren't around to get a Peggy's Special, and you'll be good to go.
