There is still time to catch A Civil War Christmas: An American Musical Celebration at the Georgetown University, a musical set in DC, at the Davis Performing Arts Center. The musical was written by Pulitzer Prize winner Paula Vogel, with music by Daryl Waters. The Georgetown University Theater and Performance Studies Program, Georgetown University Music Program and Nomadic Theatre co-produced the DC premiere of the musical, which is set on Christmas Eve 1864 in Washington, DC.
