Georgetown Featured in Landscape Architect’s Guide to D.C.

The Landscape Architect’s Guide to Washington, D.C. highlights more than 75 sites in the District and Arlington, Va.

Eight Georgetown sites are featured prominently in the recently released Landscape Architect’s Guide to Washington, D.C. The new guide profiles 75 historic, modern and contemporary landscapes in D.C. and Arlington, Va. "D.C.’s vibrant public realm didn’t just magically appear but was carefully designed over the years, and is continually evolving, through interactions among elected leaders, communities and landscape architects,” said Nancy Somerville, executive vice president and CEO of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), in a press release.
