Early Voting is an Easy Option for DC Residents
Ward 2 residents can cast an early ballot at One Judiciary Square this week.
Some District of Columbia residents are opting to vote in this week’s early election because it’s more convenient than waiting to cast their ballot on Nov. 6. Early voting began Monday and goes until Saturday, Oct. 27. Ward 2 voters can go to the Old Council Chambers at One Judiciary Square 441 4th St., NW, from 8:30 a.m.- 7 p.m. this week to cast a ballot. Ward 2 resident Marlon Smoker, who was walking out of One Judiciary Square on Tuesday afternoon with an “I Voted” sticker on his chest, said he chose to vote this week because he was already going to be at Judiciary Square serving jury duty.
