Georgetown University Club Promotes 26 Acts of Kindness
A student-run club continues the nationwide movement, 26 Acts of Kindness, in honor of Newtown, Conn. victims.
A Georgetown University student club, GIVES (Georgetown Individuals Vocal and Energetic for Service), is honoring Newtown, Conn. shooting victims by bringing the 26 Acts of Kindness movement to the Georgetown community. The nation-wide 26 Acts movement was triggered by a Tweet by Ann Curry shortly after the school shooting.
