A man exposed himself to a woman on the 1200 block of 27th Street NW, near Olive Street NW, Thursday evening, according to police. This is the second incident this month in that area of Georgetown. Second District Lt. John Hedgecock emailed the police list serv about the Thursday incident. According to Hedgecock: "On Thursday, February 28, 2013, at approximately 7:45 pm, a female victim reported to the Metropolitan Police Department that while she was walking north in the 1200 block of 27th Street, NW, an unknown male subject was standing in the darkness in between the houses. A man exposed himself near a woman in the area around the P Street bridge over Rock Creek Parkway Saturday, according to police. The incident happened around 5 p.m. on the 2300 block of P Street just as the woman was crossing the bridge between Georgetown and Dupont Circle. According to a note from Second District Lt. John Hedgecock the victim reported that as she passed the man on her way to the bridge: "She noticed he had his pants down to his ankles, fully exposing his genitals while staring directly at her.
