Newt Gingrich, candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, will give a speech entitled "Giving Young Americans The Right To Choose A Personal Social Security Account" at Georgetown University Wednesday evening. The Georgetown University Lecture Fund and the Georgetown University College Republicans are bringing the former Speaker of the U.S. House to campus.
