Evermay Owners Sell One of 3 Georgetown Properties

Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno still own the Evermay Estate and Halcyon House.

The owners of the Evermay Estate and Halcyon House sold off their third Georgetown home, 3128 P St. NW, for $3.25 million, according to Curbed DC. The P Street home went on the market Oct. 12 for an original asking price of $3.695 million. Drs. Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno bought 3128 P St. for $2.012 million in 2003. The pair turned heads in 2011 when they purchased in quick succession two of Georgetown's most expensive piece of real estate. They have since converted the Evermay Estate into a performance space, residential quarters and offices for their S&R Foundation. Evermay and Halcyon Owners' Third Georgetown Home for Sale

Drs. Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno bought two Georgetown properties, but hope to sell their third.

The owners of two of Georgetown's most expensive real estate purchases in recent memory have put their third Georgetown property on the market, accoring to Urban Turf. Drs. Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno made waves when they purchased the Evermay estate and then again the Halcyon House last year. Now they are selling their local property, a townhouse at 3128 P St. NW. According to Urban Turf: "A six-bedroom Federal townhouse that the couple owns at 3128 P Street NW (map) went on the market on Friday for $3.695 million. The four-level home has a double living room with dual fireplaces, a huge master suite, an in-law suite with a second kitchen and a two-car garage with a driveway."
