Hotel Monticello Reopens as The Graham in April
The Hotel Monticello sold in 2011.
The Hotel Monticello, 1075 Thomas Jefferson St. NW, will reopen in April as The Graham Georgetown, The Washington Business Journal reports. The Monticello sold in 2011 to Mast Capital. The new owners hired architecture firm BBG-BBGM to design the upgrades for the 57-room boutique hotel. The hotel posted a photo of its new rooftop bar on its Facebook page Monday.
