Georgetown Readies for Inauguration with Pop-up Salon
Hu's Wear hosted a soiree last week to kick off the inauguration ball and party season.
Hu's Wear of M Street is hosting a pop-up inauguration salon that features gowns designer and vintage gowns and accessories from names like Valentino, Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent and Chanel. Though D.C. was the "the focus of the world" Nov. 6, Marlene Hu Aldaba, owner of Hu’s Shoes and Hu’s Wear, said in a press release, "We’re just as excited about what follows the election."
