Shannon Christmas is the founder of The Christmas Collective, a strategic real estate and land use consulting atelier fashioning bespoke solutions for lifestyle-driven, design-oriented developments. Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University before earning a Masters in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
