The home, if built, would have more than 13,000 square feet of living space and sit on about one-third of an acre of land.

The property is just two blocks from the Woodley Park Metro station.
The budget for the land and construction is $10 million, but a prospective owner could purchase just land for $3.5 million and build their own home. The $10 million price tag includes the architectural plans, building bids and other useful information for the buyer.
